"We have used Joe Vartuli and Vartuli Plastering on various occasions over the past l2 years.

We have undertaken various building and renovation works. These works have been in both a traditional style home and a completely new modern home. The first major work Vartuli Plastering undertook was an old Californian Bungalow. We undertook major renovations inside and at the back of the house. We kept the front of the house very traditional and modernized the back of the house.

Vartuli Plastering was able to undertake both the internal and external components of this renovation. In a portion of the old part of the house we were even able to keep the original plaster – which they bought back to its former glory. In other parts internally new walls were built and covering was required on these walls. Externally we had a covered verandah, which also was completed by Vartuli Plastering. All of the finishes on this renovation were excellent. Joe Vartuli worked with us on timings and he was always available to discuss different ideas that we had, and he took the time to explain various options that would suit the property.

The next major work was a modern house, which was built around an old red brick bungalow. You would never know the old house was incorporated into the new house. Vartuli Plastering took on the entire job of a 4-bedroom house, plus study, 4 bathrooms, 2 enclosed verandahs and a separate guest flat. This was a major project, which was undertaken diligently and in a "no fuss" logical manner.

Vartuli Plastering is highly professional. They approach their work very methodically, ensuring the least disruption for what sometimes can be an extremely messy job. The workmanship, professionalism and manner in which they approach the projects and customers I have always been highly impressed by. They have always taken time to inspect the work, and discuss what is required and suggest the best way to approach these works.
